Lending
The UII strategy here has been to provide rapid financial assistance to companies in areas not generally provided for by other programs. Our "micro lending" program offers companies low interest loans up to $50,000 that are made with very little red tape and fairly wide discretion. This type of loan is typically used to secure a new piece of equipment or as a bridge loan for larger projects. Often, it is the seed capital needed to stimulate growth.

Currently we have no funds availabl e for lending, but if you have financial needs within the City for property or equipment, give us a call. There are a variety of resources available and we would be happy to point you in the right direction.
