	Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center This organization brings together federal, state and local resources to assist manufacturing companies with such important issues as strategic planning, lean manufacturing, and engineering. 	Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation PIDC’s is an important resource for companies seeking capital for land or equipment purchases. PIDC has access to a variety of low interest loan programs to help companies grow in the City.
	Ben Franklin Technology Partners Supported by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, TCS assists companies in identifying new technologies, developing new products, and implementing product and process improvements.

	International Visitors Council The U.S. Department of State's modestly-named International Visitor Program and leadership exchange is IVC's core program.
