Property Management This program is designed
to assist area businesses who have outgrown their existing space by
finding them other suitable facilities within the city limits and to
foster economic expansion within the c ity. Because the UII is involved
on a grass roots level with the City’s manufacturers, we are often the
first agency to become aware of an owner’s desire to either move or
expand. As a result, we collect and compile lists of suitable
properties in a database to match needs. Once a property is located, we
work with other economic development agencies to help facilitate the
relocation.
